Who We Are<\/h2>\n

Michelson Diagnostics is based in Kent, in the South of the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Founded in March 2006 by a team of physicists and engineers, it has pioneered the practical application of OCT in dermatology and skin research. Since then, our evolving VivoSight product line has been widely adopted by clinical users and research centres in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. To date it has been used to perform over 200,000 patient scans<\/strong>, and has been cited in over 800 peer- reviewed publications<\/strong>, reflecting its scientific credentials and clinical impact.<\/p>\n

We believe OCT skin imaging has transformative potential \u2014 helping clinicians make better, more informed decisions without invasive procedures, and enabling researchers to gain deeper insights into skin structure and pathology. Our next generation OCT system, VivoSight Dx Pro, delivers non-invasive, high-resolution 3D imaging of skin microstructure and vasculature.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

It offers unmatched depth and field-of-view, helping dermatologists, clinicians, and research professionals visualize and quantify subtle changes beneath the skin\u2019s surface that other imaging methods cannot reveal. The addition of artificial intelligence in VivoSight Dx Pro makes clinical diagnostic scanning easier and faster to use, making this truly accessible to every dermatologists.<\/p>\n
